Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from issuance date
• Based on information provided by the customer
• Subject to site survey verification
• Not binding until a formal contract is signed

Final pricing may differ based on site-specific conditions discovered during installation.

Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the terms specified in your installation contract:

• Deposit required upon contract signature (typically 25%)
• Remaining balance due upon completion of installation
• Financing options available subject to credit approval
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, finance agreements

Warranties and Limitations

Our systems include the following warranties:

• Panel Warranty: 25-year manufacturer warranty against defects
• Installation Warranty: 10-year warranty on our installation workmanship
• Inverter Warranty: 10-year manufacturer warranty (varies by model)

Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, accident, natural disaster, or lack of maintenance. All warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SolarTech UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for power outages or grid failures
• Energy savings estimates are approximate and not guaranteed

Maintenance Responsibilities

After installation, the customer is responsible for:

• Regular system monitoring via your inverter app
• Keeping vegetation and debris away from panels
• Reporting any performance issues promptly
• Annual professional cleaning (recommended)
• System maintenance as outlined in your manual

We offer optional maintenance packages that include professional servicing and support.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SolarTech UK or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or republish any content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
